Need to order some shoe parts for windows

Question

This part I need to order is for a coil spring balance, please let me know if you sell these? the pen in the 1 picture is for Scale, its 5", I'm estimating the height of that part is about 1-1/2"

I can't tell in your photo if you have the old or newer style Series 140 coil spring balance. If possible, please remove your balance system and compare it to ours, or show us a picture of your pivot bar. If I can see that, I will be able to tell if you can just replace the shoe or the whole system.
