Need to order window balance for GAPCO window

Question

Please help me to identify the broken channel balance I need to replace for one of my Gapco windows (47 inches width X 26 inches height). I did not take out the window to get the part number of the broken channel balance. Hopefully, the below info might be enough to identify the part number.
1) Dimension of GAPCO window pane is 47 inches long X 26 inches height, "rectangular," that is holding the broken window channel balance I need to replace.
2) Had previously ordered a channel balance for another GAPCO window that has a different dimension of 35 inches width x 36 inches height, "square." I am not sure if the model number of that channel balance (34" Series 395 Channel Balance) is the same as what I now need for a window with a different size.
