I have a window that the cord broke and very rusty and would like to obtain (2) new channel balances.
The length of the metal area is 26 inches. I have included the ends along with the stamped information and interior contents.
Please let me know the correct item so that I may order.

Hi, George.
Thank you for your patience during this busy season. With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a spring strength option of 2540.
