Need to purchase right and left side believe it's called the balance and it's a single hung vinyl window

Thanks for reaching out! The part pictured here is a coil spring support for a coil balance assembly. Unfortunately, I cannot use it to identify the balance assembly needed to repair the window.

I'll also need to see a photo of the compatible balance shoe as well as any other hardware compatible.

Thanks for the requested photo. You have the 15-111 Pivot Shoe. To determine if this is the correct replacement match, carefully review and compare the dimensions below. 

These are often used with the 26-241 Pivot Bar.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 160 Coil. The cover is the 15-150D Coil Double Support. To determine the correct coil weight options, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the springs. If there are none, please see the video tutorial below.
