Need to replace

I have several windows with this size balances that need replacing. The windows are made made by Viking windows who no longer are around . Place I just to buy them at is no longer in business. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you! This is either our S380-21 or S385-21, depending on the size of the shoe. Look them over and see what you think.

Your old stamp (20-9) is also a little outdated. You'll have to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the best option for our more modern balances.
