Need to replace 33 inch sash balance And fittings

Question

Do you carry a replacement for this sash balance? The metal portion is 33 inches long, 1/2 inch deep and 1/2 inch wide. There are no visible markings. The sash weight is 22 lbs.

Thanks for posting. This appears to be an S795-33, but with a hook attached on top rather than a screw clip. Is the hole in the window jamb that this hook attaches to square in shape? If so, you can use our 26-200 Screw Plug. It plops in that hole and you can then install our standard Series 795. If it's a different shape, let me know.
