Need to replace 4 channel guides

Question

The channels are stamped with the #2830.
the metal housing is 29" long and 1/2" wide
the balance shoe is 1" wide
also need 4 top sash guides (1" wide)

Hello there. This looks like an S380-29 or S385-29 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both balances with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2830.
