Need to replace 4 hurricane Impact window springs

Quick Learner from Cape Coral, FL
The only markings I could find were those in the attached photo "2840". The window weighs 28lbs.

Thanks for posting. I am unable to identify your balances using the stamp alone, unfortunately. The stamp will only indicate to us the weight range your balances should be able to carry to support the window.

To identify the correct balances, I'll need to see any attachments that might be on the top and/or bottom of the balances. If this is for a tilt window, I'll need to see any attachments that could possibly be in the window. Let me know if you have any questions.

The first two are the bottom attachments and the other two are the top. I hope this helps

Thanks, Kevin

Thanks for the photos! It looks like you have either our S380-29 or our S385-29 with 2840 stamp. However, to determine which series you'd need, you'll have to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. It should be either 1" or 1-3/32", as shown below, but there is a chance that it could be 7/8".

If you find that the shoe is 7/8", please let me know.
