I have replaced the spiral balances, but the shoes are old and cracked - no longer usable. The pictures show the shoe and the type of balance that uses it. The shoe measures 2 1/16" tall, 1" wide and 5/16" deep, although my measurements could be off by 1/16", especially on the width which just might be 15/16".

Thanks for posting! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for the pivot shoe you need. Although, before moving forward, I would like to see a photo of the shoe removed from the window channel. You'll also need to have the shoe removed to confirm accurate dimensions. I believe the width may be a bit wider than 1".
OK, I removed the shoe and took these three pictures. "Shoe1" shows the more accurate measurements of the shoe. 1 3/16" wide. 1 15/16" tall at the side. But the bottom of the shoe is curved. It is 2 1/16" to the bottom of the curve.
"Shoe3" shows the depth of the shoe to be 1/2".
"Shoe2" is a picture of the reverse side of the shoe.
You might notice that the shoe has 4 metal "hooks" where the balance connects to it.
Sooooooooooooo, do you have this shoe? What is the cost? I need multiple shoes.

Thanks for the photos! We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing shoe and I'm not sure its made any longer. That said, we've recommended the 15-046 1/2" Thick Pivot Shoe to replace this shoe to many customers and it has worked well as a suitable alternative.
