Need to replace broken lock and chnage handle

Home Owner from Ohio

We purchased the door from Lowes about 5 years ago. I believe it is a Reliabuilt.

The lock is 2 point mortise 11". I don't have any names, numbers, or markings on the hardware. And cannot find any numbers on the sliding door.

Based on my research, your lock model 82-265 seems that it would be the best fit.

We measured the keeper and the distance between the two latch openings are about

5 1/4", so I believe the keeper we have will work. We can adjust as needed.

I also would like to replace the handle. The gold does not go with my interior decor. I would like a white replacement. I don't know which handle models you have available that fit with the 11" lock and has an exterior key. Can you send me some examples or list of model numbers to review?

Hello! I agree, our 82-265 looks like the best match. As long as the dimensions match up then you should be good to go, just note that some minor adjustment of the hooks may be necessary after you install it. You can do this by just turning the little screws you see next to each respective hook.

As for the handle set, my recommendation would be the 82-086. This appears to be an exact match to your original except that it comes in a white finish.

I agree with the handle. I was one that I had been looking at before. How do I go about ordering the lock and handle?
