IMG_2463 shows the sash stop at the bottom of the track that keeps the sash from going all the way down and also covers the pivot shoe cutout in the track. It's missing on the other side.

Need to replace broken pivot shoe and missing sash stop

IMG_2467 shows intact pivot shoe and IMG_2466 shows broken shoe that I want to replace. Measurements of the shoe are: 1.259" wide, 2.047" tall, 0.551" deep. The metal pivot on the sash measures 0.307" wide and 0.187" tall.

Your exact pivot shoe was discontinued, but I believe our 15-046 can replace it. You might also find our 75-006 charging tool helpful when it comes to the replacement process. See our guides on the right side of this page for more detailed installation instructions. I'm afraid we do not sell the sash stop.
