Need to replace broken sash support coil balances and coil housing pivots

Home Owner from Denver, CO
Hello,

I need to replace two broken sash support coil balances and worn coil housing pivots for both sides of a small bathroom window, please.

The upper tilting window that needs the replacement parts weighs 13 pounds. The old broken spring coil balances are 15/32" wide. As seen in the attached photo, the old coil is marked "8EB", if that's helpful.

What part should I order from this page?

This one has the required 15/32" width and the two bracket holes, but what balance number should I choose for a 13 lb. window?

Dimensions for the old coil housing pivot are
1 1/4" wide
2 1/4" tall
9/16" thick

I found this one available coil housing pivot. It's very close to our old one but is 1/16" thinner. (At least it's not thicker.) May I assume this should work?

This window was installed in my home by Accent Windows a decade ago here in metro Denver, CO. Unfortunately, the company has long gone out of business since then.

I look forward to your response before I place my order.

Thank you for your assistance.

It looks like you're going to be a number of parts. You have come to the right place.Starting with your coil, our S180-8 should do the trick. These springs can be used with the 15-087 coil housing pivot. Lastly, for the mounting bracket, take a look at our 16-024 and see if all of these parts will work for you.
