Need to replace my channel balances for non-tilt window

Hi Swisco,

I followed the steps on your video and took the photos you recommended. They are attached. Photo 7944 also shows the markings which read "3430" with a "c" also visible but separate. The metal part of the channel is 35" exactly.

I'd like to order one set of the correct replacement parts.

Hey Rob, thanks for the thorough information. This looks like either an S380-35 or S385-25. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, as shown in the image below. Compare both with your old balance to determine what matches best. For a new stamp option, choose 3430.
