Need to replace plastic piece on the end of the casement operator

Hello, we have older craftline casement windows. On several of the windows, the plastic

I'm afraid that nylon bearing is not available by itself. You will need an all new operator. I believe yours is a match for our 39-027E or 39-028E, assuming your arm is 9-1/2" long. See what you think.

Size demension of total width of unit 39-028E. I have the exact Craftline operator as a post where you recommend that model. I have a tosl sill width of 1 1/8 inches. About the same on the exterior sill.

Without seeing your original operator, I cannot guarantee that the 38-028E and 39-027E will work for you. However assuming that you have the same model as shown in the image above then it remains our best recommendation. The part above would be our 39-027E.
