Your operator resembles the 39-171 and 39-172 Truth Hardware Dyad Operators, which feature a link arm with an upward offset. Carefully review the dimensions below to determine if these will work for your repairs.
As for the hinge, take a look at the 36-048 set with a 10" base.
Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your casement lock. We suspect it might no longer be available but take a look at the 38-144. Past customers have used this lock, along with either the 38-276 or 38-277 keeper depending on which way your casement window opens. We can't make any guarantees and, ultimately, the dimensions would be the determining factor. Thanks for posting.
