Need to replace the handle set of sgd-lc25-96x96 sliding glass door

A quick learner from foster city, ca 94404 says:

The iron plate between the handle and the door has a hole wear out and can not hold the screw which passing through, causing the handle fall apart from the door.

Thank you

Thanks for reaching out! Your handle appears to be an older version of our 82-080 which has a 4-15/16" installation hole measurements. The keyed version is part 82-081. Take a look at the dimensions below to confirm that this will be a fit.

The keeper you have pictured is part 89-042 and the strike plate cover (the metal plate) is part 89-043. This is typically compatible with our mortise lock part 82-268B. Although, I can't confirm that this is the one you'd need with certainty because yours is obstructed by the door.
