Hi one of our Windows does not have window balancers at all so we need to replace those missing completely

Hello, thank you for posting,

To get started, is the window missing the balances, identical to the window shown in the pictures? Same style and size?

Can you confirm the number stamped into the metal along with the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments? We will also need to know the depth of the shoe as compared to the diagram below. Thank you!

Those are the photos of the stamp on the window balances for the window the metal balancer is 27 in in length 5/8 in deep x 1/2 width

Inch and 1/8 and the other with is half inch

Hi Jim,

We do not carry a 1-1/8" winged shoe. The closest would be the 1-3/32" shoe on the Series 385 channel balance.

Please review the S385-27 channel balance with a 2630 stamp option that can support a 13 to 19 lb window sash. Also see the 16-002 if new take out clips are needed.
