Need to to identify ballast

Hello, we spoke the other day and I do have some more pictures. Hopefully this is enough information to get what I need. The tenant does not have a scale to get the weight, so I had him do the width times the height of the window. Hopefully that's enough information. Please let me know. Thank you. were you able to determine which ballast I need by the pictures that were provided?

Hello, thank you for posting,
The window uses older crossbow balances that are no longer made. As long as the original spring is a 1/2"diameter, you should be able to convert to the Series 795 channel balance. Please review the step by step video below that details the conversion and additional parts needed. The sash will need to be weighed to confirm the strength of the spring needed to support the sash.
