Need two new spring balances and sash guide for my window

A quick learner from Pennsauken, New Jersey says:
Hello, was wondering if you could help me identify the correct parts.
The window is 33"W x 30" height.
It weighs 10lbs.
The number on the spring balance is 2810.
The spring balance is 29" long, just about .5" thick (little more)
You can see the bottom in the pic.
The top has two "wings" and an unknown top, as it is cracked in all the balances I have.
I need two as well as two aluminum sash guides.
I do have more pics but was limited to three.
Thank you.

Hello,

We can't say for sure based on a broken balance but yours resembles our S370-29 with a 2810 strength option. Take a look and see how they compare.

As for your top sash guide, yours looks like an older style but our 18-010 may work for you depending on how the dimensions match up. One this to consider is that our installation hole is higher on the guide than your original, which may be fine, or if it causes a problem, you may need to drill a new hole in the sash while being careful not to hit the glass. Thanks for posting!
