Need weather stripping for my Jeld Wen double doors

Hi folks, was sent your way by Jeld Wen. I've four pictures of four area's that require replacement weather strips but no idea what to order. Can someone help me?

These are Jeld Wen double doors. Metal clad exterior and swing inside. They are 77" tall and 35.5 inches long, 1 3/4 inches wide.

I require:

1 kerf bottom sweep 36 inches
1 kerf bubble seal for where the right door meets the left door. 7ft will do and I'm thinking a 1/4 inch or bigger if you have one.
1 kerf seal insert for where both doors join when closed.
2 kerf seals for both tops of doors. They both have channels cut but nothing was in them.

Thanks for posting. I believe we should be able to help, but I am afraid Jeld Wen uses a number of different seals on their doors and windows, so the only reliable way to ID what you need is to remove samples and compare their end profile dimensions to our selection of weatherstripping here. The video below goes into further detail.
