Need weatherstripping for this window

Landlord from Moorestown, NJ
This is a window from one of my rental houses. I would like to replace both the bottom gasket as well as the side weatherstripping. I have 10 windows to do. Can you help me identify the right products?

Sure, we can probably help replace these strips for you. I'm afraid I cannot ID them from your photos, though. Can you remove a small sample of each and show us a clear picture of their end profile? Knowing their dimensions will also be a big help. I see your side weatherstripping is wool pile, so we will need to know its exact width and height. Please be as precise as possible.

In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here. At the very least, looking through our catalog will give you a good idea of what information is necessary in order to find a match.

Please see attached. The pile is definitely not wool. It feels like nylon. It is just dirty which is why it is gray. The backing measures 3/16 wide.

The issue I have is that it is next to impossible to pry the pile out of the window frame. I tried removing the screws on the sides of the window frames but was unable to loosen the side panels. If you have any DIY tips on how to remove and replace pile in these vinyl windows please let me know. Or if you know of a handyman/installer that would do the labor for me, I'd appreciate the reference.

Ah, I see. This is a type of bubble seal. It looks similar to our 58-171 or 58-182. You'll need to carefully go over our dimensions for both to confirm the better match. I'm confident one of these will work.

As for removing it, it should just slide out at the end of the slot in which it installs. If the ends of the slot are sealed, you'll have to make a little cutout so that you can slide them out comfortably.

Thanks again for the reply. The issue is not the bubble seal - it is the pile. It's stuck tightly in the slot. It won't slide and the only way to get it out is to tear it which destroys it.

Hm... it should just slide out. Wool pile installs and uninstalls the same way as the 58-171 and 58-182 that I mentioned. It's possible that the original installers pinned it in, for whatever reason. That would definitely make things a little more difficult. Carefully examine the track where it installs and see if you see little indents that would indicate that the pile is pinned in place. Let me know.
