Need window balance rebuilding parts.

Question

I need the plastic parts for 2 double hung windows (20 lbs. each window). Total of 8 of them. Please see attached pictures, which show all the pieces, and the length and width of the bottom “T” pieces (1-1/4” wide). Can you please sell me just all the white plastic parts? There are 4 parts on each side of each window, including the small sleeves that go into the pull end of each spring (see pic). My springs and gray plastic rods (27-1/4” and 29-1/4) are all good and I can re-assemble each rod with the new parts & cords. I would need 8 sets of white plastic pieces to do 2 windows. How quickly could you ship those sets? Do you have them in stock?

Hi Greg,

Thanks for writing in! The balances you are searching for are Crossbow channel balances. These are no longer available but our Series 795 should be a suitable alternative for them. They are not a direct replacement but we've found they're successful in many repairs.

Based on the measurements confirmed, you'll need the S795-27 (27C stamp will support 17 to 22lbs) and the S795-29 (29C stamp will support 18 to 23lbs). Both balances will come assembled with the 15-195 1-1/4" T-lock shoe.
