Part number on the back is 40056. There is a symbol below the number that looks like a house with the word TRUTH below it.
On the front of tne arm the same logo (House with TRUTH below it).
The arm of the operator is 9" from the notch just after the gear to the tip.

Thanks for reaching out! Your window operator is an older model Truth operator. We do not have an exact match but I believe it can be replaced with the 39-028E Ellipse Style Single Arm Operator. The opposite version is the 39-027E.
