Need window part

Question

Looking to repair a window that has missing balance hardware. The bottom sash will lock in, but the balance is missing to provide tension moving it up and down. The vinyl window is 60" tall. Provided a photo of the existing hardware that the window secures to. What do I need? Thanks!

It looks like the pivot shoe is a match for our 15-216. The balance system might be something that has to be custom made. I'm thinking it might utilize a 15-224 link and 15-198 top hook, but I'm not sure. Custom made balances cannot be returned for a refund, so it might be a good idea to confirm. And that's not even going into figuring out what the length of the channel and strength of the spring will be. Do you have another identical window in the house that we can use as a reference?
