Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I'm not sure what you mean by wheel roller; could you show us a picture of it out of the window? That would help identify what you might need. As for your tilt latch, take a look at the 26-261 to start; but compare the dimensions listed on the product page carefully with your old latches to see if it's a possible match.
