Need window replacement parts

Question

I am searching for double support detent clips. I believe the windows are Patriot Windows. The home is 12 years old and the detent clips are deteriorating. i have been to the big box hardware stores and the local mom and pop stores. I need ten. The coils have a patent number of 5232208. The pivot shoe patent number is 5704165.
