Need window spring balance assembly

A home owner from Illinois says:
Have Windows circa 1989, windows sash does not stay up and needs replacement, spring or assembly. Not sure of brand. I have done this on my mother's house but not this one. Part consists of a plastic rectangle with channels for sash to go up and down, and integrated springs. To tilt out window, press in on this plastic piece and rotate sash inwards. Need this plastic balance assembly.

Hello,

It looks like the window in your photo uses jamb liners with naked springs, which, unfortunately, we cannot replace. The only part for this assembly that we carry would be the 15-104 friction shoe.

If you need new jamb liners, your best bet would be to reach out to a local millwork for assistance. Thanks for posting.
