Stamped on side is12/1 unique 26-c-30. Both sides broke at bottom so window won't stay open.

This is a somewhat odd looking balance, but we may still be able to help. See our Series 795 to start out. I think this may be a more modern version of your original, but look it over and let me know if you had any questions.
