Needed window parts

Landlord from Berryville Virginia
I'm a builder/developer/landlord in need of 2 coil counter balances for a vinyl window, 2 stops (? - is that what they're called), 2 pair of the toe tabs (at the top of the sash enabling the sash removal).  I also need the same nsulation strip that run along the side of the window in the track

Hello,

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed, but it looks like you may be showing the 15-111 Pivot Shoe. If so, this shoe works with either 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance springs or 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. Measure your old spring thickness to confirm.

As for the tilt latches, see if the 26-243A and 26-244A match your specifications. Thanks for posting!

Here's some additional measurements and pictures.  The dual glazed sash serviced by the spring measures 33-1/4"x29".  The sping measures 1/2" and the spring unit is 1-1/4"x3".  See attached pictures.  I'll order the recommended replacement parts following your response. Thanks, Eric

If your coils measure 1/2" wide, you'll need the Series 160 replacements. There should be numbers stamped on the originals that you'll need to choose the corresponding strength options.

Casey, I'll remove the Spring and look for the numbers and send a picture to confirm I'm looking at the right numbers.  Since the spring is 1/2" on sash size provided above, I believe the 15-111 would work unless you think I should upgrade to the heavy duty.  Do you have a recommendation one way or another?  this is my first time using replacing window parts but I have a lot of windows in my rental portfolio and need to focus more on maintaining what I have
Thanks,
Eric

Either the standard or heavy-duty option will work if the dimensions match, but we generally suggest sticking with the exact parts your window came with.

Here are additional pictures of the spring coil part after removed from the window.  The springs are 6lb and 3lb x1/2"

I noticed the double coil cover Swisco offers has a single screw.  The original part has two.  One of the original covers broke while I removed it so I'll need one.  Wondering if the lack of a 2nd screw will matter.  I attached a label on the side of the window sash if that helps.

See the S160-03 and S160-06 coils based on your stamp codes. The bottom mounting hole of the 15-150D appears to match yours, so I don't see it being a problem. We also offer the 15-148 bumper if needed. You're welcome to review our return policy here in case you run into any trouble.
