Needing 2 BSI 27C Channels

Good day, Customer Service,

BSI 27C with 0M stamped between the BSI and 27C. Missing the end/shoe of one. The other broke where the spring attaches. I've seen some other posts concerning the BSI 27C but not sure any were with the exact parts I have since I didn't read them all. S795 may be what I have. If not, it is close. My channels measure 27" metal to metal. They are 1/2" wide. The window does tilt. Appreciate any help you may offer in finding these.

We can replace this balance for you, yes. It looks like our S795-27, but with the top screw tab replaced with our 15-198 hook. Does that look good to you?
