Hi, Hope you can help.
Purchased (#1544118- (2) S350-28 : 28" Series 350 Channel Balance and (2) 16-002 : Take Out ClipHi). Fit and all is good except I see one of my Sash Guides was broken. I do not see a match here on the web. ;-(
Attached are photos of the existing "good one" along with a sketch with dimensions.
I suppose I could 'make one' somehow but even a work around would be helpful. I doubt the top profile matters but the screw hole position seems the most problematic.
Any help is appreciated'

Hello, thanks for posting. I wasn't able to find anything that matched your dimensions exactly, but I suggest you take a look at our 18-166. Could this work for you?

Thanks. I omitted a dimension that can be seen next to the ruler in a photo - !/2" wide channel. 18-166 is to wide but got me looking. I'm thinking a 1/2" TOP SASH GUIDE: 18-036 and drilling my own screw hole as needed will work. Thanks for the help and tip in the right direction. I'm glad to find parts of any kind these days for DIY repairs.
