Your pivot shoe is a little different, but I think you might be able to use our 15-177 as a substitute. This pivot shoe is compatible with our Series 152 coil springs. The springs screw onto the pivot shoe with something like our 33-071. Carefully look over our dimensions and compare them to your current hardware to see how they match up.
