Needing part number for the balance

Hello there. Without seeing the assembly removed from the window I can't be 100% certain, but I think this might be a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 152 Coil Balances. Please remove your system and compare with these parts to confirm it matches up. The video below shows how to remove and install a similar balance Series. These types of coil balance systems are modular, meaning you only need to replace what's broken. But if you need new housing for the coils, use the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. These pieces 'sandwich' around each individual coil. They look a bit different from your old coil housing but will work just as well.
