Needing to find a compatible pivot hinge

Question

The door does not have any identification. After many calls, the contractor finally told me who manufactured the door. It is a Tubelite door. LH swing door. In one of the pictures you will see the removed part with a new one next to it. We purchased a YKK style pivot hinge thinking that it would be a direct replacement. It was not. Looking for the direct replacement.

At first, I thought your pivot was the 79-123 used on Kawneer commercial doors, but the top frame pivot hole pattern is different from yours. You said the contractor believes it is a Tubelite door. I have worked on older Tubelite doors in the past and used the 79-127 pivot set. I think it could also be the 79-125 pivot used on Amarlite doors which are similar to the Tubelite. Take a look at both the 79-125 and 79-127 on the website along with the related videos to see if either of these pivot sets could be used to repair your commercial door.
