Neee help confirming Window Balance

Question

Hi,
I?m in the process of replacing the balancers on 4 windows. Sachet weighs 19.5 lbs, and metal length is 29?, but it is very hard to read the code imprint on the metal. I took few pictures to help you answer the question. (I narrowed it down to the S380-29 or the S385-39, but I need help with figuring out which one has the right plastic matching tips.

Hello and thanks for contacting SWISCO. This looks like either our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 balances the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 balances it is 1-3/32". I believe yours is likely the S380-29, but compare with your old part to be sure.

As far as the stamp option, because you helpfully measured your sash weight at 19.5 lbs, I can confirm that this corresponds with a stamp option of 2830, which signifies a balance that can support a weight range of 16 through 23 lbs. Select this option on the product page when making your purchase.
