Please take a look at both our S380-29 and S385-29. You will need to confirm the 'depth' measurement of your bottom balance shoe to determine which of the two would make a better match. Since your stamping doe snot match with any of our options, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the sash weight chart listed on the product page.

A home owner from Wesley Chapel, Florida says:
The S380-29 measures correctly except for the 15-005 part.
That part on the old balance appears to have broken off maybe
Which could be causing it not to measure 1 inch like the specs for the 15-005
The old one only measures 3/4.

In this case, then it would be best to remove a good balance that does not have damage from another window to determine the 'depth' measurement of your bottom balance shoe.

A home owner from Wesley Chapel, Florida says:
The bottom balance shoe measures 7/8 with a piece that's not broken.
Would that work?
Thanks

Hello! I think I can help. If your old shoe is under 1", then you may be looking at our 15-029. The problem is that this doesn't come standard on any stock balances so this will have to be custom made.

So what we're looking at here is a 29" long channel balance with a 19-005 top fitting and 15-029 bottom fitting. We'd also be using the 2840 option based on your old 28D stamp. Two balances with a 2840 option can carry sashes weighing 23 through 28 pounds.

If that all sounds good to you, please let me know how many you need. I can then whip up a custom order link for that quantity and email it to you.

A home owner from Wesley Chapel, Florida says:
That sounds good
I will need 6 for now.
Thanks

Great, I'll shoot that over now. Please let me know if you had any questions.

A home owner from Wesley Chapel, Florida says:
I would like to just order one to make sure it fits
Can you change the custom order link to just one
Thanks
