Hello, I need new Channel Balances for my single-hung windows. I have non-tilt, 1/2" 28" long metal channels; winged bottom shoe is .97" deep x 15/16" & 1/2" wide; winged top guide is .72" deep x 1/2" wide; markings on Channel: 27_4; B.S.I; OM - see attached photo

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-28 or S385-28 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2740 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
