New Construction Window

Question

I have two new construction windows that won’t stay up. It’s a single hung window. Attached are small videos and pictures of that window.

There’s a long plastic piece on one side of the window only. But nothing else.

Thanks for reaching out to us. That's odd. There should be a pivot shoe and coil springs on both sides of the window. The 15-177 is our suggestion. This uses the Series 152 coil springs which attach to the side of the shoe with a screw like the 33-072. Can you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight? We can calculate the coil weights from there.
