Thanks for posting! Your casement window operator appears to be an older version of our 39-334 Egress Operator, with an extra short link arm, the opposite handed version is the 39-333. To determine if these are the correct fit for your repairs, take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware.

I've tagged a few of the compatible handles and covers below, as well as the compatible track. If you are looking to replace the bracket at the end of the link arm, I will need to see a clearer photo of it. Unfortunately, I cannot make out the exact bracket you need from the photo provided.
