New Inquiry - looking for replacement channel window balance

Hello my name is Karl, I am looking for some replacement channel window balances. The balance I am looking for is 32.5 inches long (measuring only the metal part not including the plastic ends). The markings on the balance are 32 5 BSI and PD. I will include pictures for further identification. I am looking for 4 replacement balances. Thank you.

Thanks for contacting us, Karl. We can replace this balance, though it will need to be specially made. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need?

Before we start making thee balances I would like to know the time frame and how much they will cost. If everything checked out I need 4 for my two windows. Thank you for your assistance.

I sent off an inquiry about getting some balances for my windows. Our discussion was closed because I was un able to order the balances because I am in the Navy and I was sent on deployment. I am back now and I would like to continue with my order. If you need the information about the balances I need I can send it off again. I would like to order them soon if we can get it arranged. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I would like to purchase 4 balances and I was wondering if you also sold the clips that hold the balance in place while installing the balances. If you do how much would two of those cost. Thank you very much for your help. Karl
