I'm looking to get a key lock door handle for my patio sliding door. Are you able to tell from the attached photo what handle/parts I would need to purchase to fit my door? Thanks!

I'm afraid that sticker doesn't tell us what hardware your door uses. We'd be happy to help, but we'll need to see some pictures of your original handle set to compare to our inventory.

Take a look at our 82-030 with 3-15/16" hole spacing. You can adapt the 82-030 outside pull to use our 82-310 Key Lock. Our blog article here explains how to do this.
