Your handle set reminds me of our 82-005 with 4-15/16" hole center spacing but look over the specifications for this part and compare them with yours to confirm this matches up.

Does the 82-005 set come with inside piece and the outside piece? I don't want to just replace the inside piece with the lock and then have an old piece on the outside of the door.
