New Window Crank System

Question

Hello, I have multiple original windows from my 2002 home where the crank arms are slipping out of the track and need replaced. The windows vary in size but all of them have similar hardware in the "Truth" brand. Hoping you could help ID a couple options.
1: Does the hardware need to be replaced exactly? If so, what is the right model number to buy
2: If not, is there a more simple, easy to install replacement system I could purchase.

Hello there. The operator in these photos is either the 39-032 or 39-156 (their opposite handed versions are the 39-031 and 39-155). See which has the arm dimensions that most closely match what you have.
