New channel to holt up window

Thank you. I think we can help with this ribbed channel balance, but we need more information. Was there any hook, shoe, or attachment attached to the cord that came out of the bottom of the balance? Is there an undamaged version you can produce to show us? Also, can you show us how this balance attaches to the top of the window track? We may have more questions from there, once we have answers, but this will at least get us started. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to us. That appears to be our 15-014 knife lock shoe, which is predominantly used with our Series 751 channel balance. I believe this is the assembly you want. At a length of 25", you specifically want to look at our S751-25.

The only part I'm no sure about at this stage is the stamp; I've never seen one with a "V" suffix before. My suggestion is to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart we show on the S751-25. That will tell you which one of our weight options would best suit your applications.
