New coil balance needed for Simonton ProFinish window

Home Owner from Painesville, Ohio
Pivot shoe = 5704,165
3 Coil springs = 44.0 35" T52322 (questionable on this-hard to read)
Coil support is in pieces - deteriorated by the sun
Don't know about the pivot bar
The plastic has failed on the coil spring cover, making the windows difficult to open and close, however the coils look fairly good. I have 6 other windows like this. Trying one to see if I can fix them myself.

Ten years ago I had a different window fixed by a professional and they installed the assembly in picture #3. One coil, not three.

Thanks for reaching out! Your coil balance pivot shoe looks a lot like our 15-199. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to confirm that this is the right fit. I am confident these are the replacement shoes you'll need.

This pivot shoe is compatible with either the Series 160 (1/2" width) or the Series 165 (3/8" width) coil balance springs. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils. Then you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that will indicate the spring strength needed for your window.

If there are no stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window. That number will be the spring strength you'll need.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
