New handle? Broken lock

Hi,
I have a broken lock do I need a new handle or new handle and internal lock?

Thanks for your post! I'm afraid I would not be able to determine from the photos whether just the handle set would need to be replaced or if you'd need both. You'll need to attempt to toggle the hooks on the lock to determine if it still works. If so, you should only need to replace either the latch or the handle set.

Our 82-107 Latch Lever may work to repair the handle but if you need to replace the entire set, take a look at the 82-089 Legacy Handle Set. The keyed version is the 82-086.

Should you find the mortise lock needs to be replaced, I believe you can use the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. Your existing keeper may not be compatible with it, so you'll also need to consider purchasing the 82-249. We do not sell the "bumper" surrounding it, so you'll need to reuse that for the repair.
