New hardware needed, teeth on crank(s) are worn

A quick learner from Windsor, Ontario Canada says:
I have both a left and right side crank that both have worn teeth. Not sure what parts I need to purchase to replace. Please let me know.

I'm not sure what you have from these pictures. I think you have either our 39-253RB or 39-439B, depending on what it has at the end of the arm. That's not visible in your photos.

Either way, the cover and handle are sold separately; see our 39-452.

A quick learner from Windsor, Ontario Canada says:
Hi I am not sure that is the correct part. So when trying to close the window once it gets within an inch or two it starts to "skip" and not fully close. I take the screen off and pull it the remainder of the way in to close and out the latch on. I have included more photos I hope this helps

These photos don't tell me anything new, but from what you've described it sounds like your operator gears are stripped and not working properly. If you don't think that's it, I'll need you to experiment with the window and narrow it down for me. I don't know what else it could be.

A quick learner from Windsor, Ontario Canada says:
Hi circling back it is the teeth on the window portion of the crank that are worn down. The hand crank skips when it reaches these teeth. So when cranking closed it will only close to about 1inch left open. To close fully need to take the screen out and pull the window shut.

Yep, your gears are stripped. You will need one of the two operators I recommended before. Like I mentioned, the only difference between them is the slider at the end of the arm, which is a surprisingly important detail. You will need to see what style your operator uses to decide which one is the better fit.
