Hi this piece won't crank. I push it up and it kinda pulls it back in but not all the time. We are selling and trying to figure out which part it may be

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the metal arms that move the sash in and out are fully visible. Thank you!

I will get a picture later. I know I can't see crank without removing piece and trying not to have to do that

Based on the length of the arm, I'd recommend starting by comparing our 39-013 operator to see if the dimensions match up to yours.

Any others you think. We are selling in a week and could be the last thing that's needs to be fixed. Is this part the crank to??

Is there a reason that you don't think the 39-013 would work for you or are you just asking if you need to replace any other parts? You only need to replace anything that is damaged.

If you'd like to replace the hinges as well, take a look and compare our 36-048 to yours.
