New sashes needed

I am looking for the correct replacement sash and weight. It is 29 inches. I would think the 28 usb would tell me. But not sure and need a few.

Hello there!

Based on what I see here, you have the S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. The important difference between the two Series is the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the image below. You will have to measure the depth of yours to determine the best match.

Based on your 28B stamp, you likely need the 2820 option. Two balances with this stamp will carry a sash weighing 12 to 16 pounds but you can always weigh your sash to confirm.

If the bottom shoe ends up being 7/8" deep like the 15-029, please let me know! We can still help but this would have to be a custom order.
