New window crank system

A handy person from Jamie west says:
Window crank arm fell out and stopped working. Would like to purchase new system. Measured arm and it is 11 1/2 in. Long. Couldn't find the right one myself on the sight so I'm asking for help.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

It looks like you have an older Andersen operator from back in the 60's, or even older. This part is no longer made but see if you may be able to use our 39-365 operator as a substitute. Keep in mind that the arm is shorter so your window may not open as far and you may need to adjust the receiving hardware on the sash.

If so, you will also need the 39-114L handle. Thanks for posting!
